At the conclusion of this unit students will be able to: Identify the stages of organisation growth and the issues to be managed at each stage, and apply these as diagnostic frameworks Understand and explain the leadership challenges that organisational growth presents Understand and explain how organisational culture forms and how it influences an organisation’s capacity to act Understand the benefits and risks of growth and recommend growth strategies for a given organisation Use the theoretical models of organisation growth to identify issues and appropriate actions in unfamiliar situations with imperfect information Work as a team to develop a project brief and complete the project according to that brief

Individual assignment (50%), Participation (20%), Team project (30%)
