By the end of the unit, students will be able to: Define organisational culture and its impact on the organisation and its business performance. Describe the different levels and types of organisational culture and how it is created, maintained, changed, and assessed.Demonstrate their understanding of the course material by participating in an action learning project related to organisational culture
