Aims & Objectives:

By the end of the unit, students will be able to:

  • Define organisational culture and its impact on the organisation and its business performance.
  • Describe the different levels and types of organisational culture and how it is created, maintained, changed, and assessed.
  • Demonstrate their understanding of the course material by participating in an action learning project related to organisational culture

Classes in either weekly or block mode

Assessment:

Team Project 20-40%
OCAI Assessment 20-30%
Three case studies 10-20% each
Class Participation 10-20%
