A unit of study in the Master of Information Technology, Master of Information Technology (Professional Computing) and Master of Technology (Information Technology) and Master of Information Systems Management.
Students who complete this unit will be able to: Understand key issues associated with organisational transformation. Assess the readiness of an organisation to adopt IT solutions. Understand the benefits and implementation issues of IT solutions used to transform organisations, eg. Enterprise Systems, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management. Understand the roles and responsibilities required for IT-enabled organisational transformation. Develop an implementation plan for IT-enabled organisational transformation.
