Students who complete this unit will be able to:

  • Understand key issues associated with organisational transformation.
  • Assess the readiness of an organisation to adopt IT solutions.
  • Understand the benefits and implementation issues of IT solutions used to transform organisations, eg. Enterprise Systems, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management.
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities required for IT-enabled organisational transformation.
  • Develop an implementation plan for IT-enabled organisational transformation.
