Aims & Objectives:

  • To provide students with a thorough grounding in quality management principles;
  • To develop students’ ability to apply knowledge of quality management systems and processes
  • To develop students’ ability to provide leadership, commitment and active involvement in developing and maintaining an effective and efficient quality management system;
  • To develop students’ ability to ensure that the resources essential to the implementation of the strategy and the achievement of the organisation’s objectives are identified and made available;
  • To develop students’ ability to establish relationships with suppliers and partners to promote and facilitate communication to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of process that create value;
  • To develop students’ ability to ensure the effective and efficient operation of realisation and support processes and the process network;
  • To develop students’ ability to ensure effective and efficient measurement, collection and validation of data on the organisation’s performance and customer satisfaction;
  • To develop students’ ability to monitor performance improvement actions to provide data for future improvements;
  • To develop students’ ability to analyse data to improve the performance of the organisation.
