To provide students with a thorough grounding in quality management principles; To develop students’ ability to apply knowledge of quality management systems and processes To develop students’ ability to provide leadership, commitment and active involvement in developing and maintaining an effective and efficient quality management system; To develop students’ ability to ensure that the resources essential to the implementation of the strategy and the achievement of the organisation’s objectives are identified and made available; To develop students’ ability to establish relationships with suppliers and partners to promote and facilitate communication to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of process that create value; To develop students’ ability to ensure the effective and efficient operation of realisation and support processes and the process network; To develop students’ ability to ensure effective and efficient measurement, collection and validation of data on the organisation’s performance and customer satisfaction; To develop students’ ability to monitor performance improvement actions to provide data for future improvements; To develop students’ ability to analyse data to improve the performance of the organisation.
