Aims & Objectives:

At the completion of this unit, students will be able to:

  • Distinguish cost behaviours
  • Solve selected management accounting problems
  • Analyse management accounting information
  • Develop a business plan

  • Develop communication skills

Teaching Methods:

Lecture (2 hours) Tutorial (1 hour)
Lectures will be used to introduce the topics, demonstrate concepts, and tutorials will be used to provide a forum for discussion and questions.

Assessment:

Case Study 20%; Discussion Board 10%; Test 20%; Exam 50%
