This unit is a core unit for the Graduate Certificate of Business Management (Organisational Leadership). The graduate certificate programs form the first year of the Master of Business Management .
This unit aims to provide students with an understanding of the impact of leadership on the change process and its effect on people management and organisational behaviour, design and culture. The aims of this subject are to: Understand the relationship between organisational culture, innovation and change readinessParticipate in organisational change analysis and change planningUnderstand the process of change management from a leadership perspectiveUnderstand the leader's role in preparing for, implementing, managing and evaluating change
