Aims & Objectives:

By the end of the unit, students will be able to:

  • Define effective team leadership and its impact on the organization and business success.
  • Understand fundamental concepts of team dynamics relevant to goal-setting, role clarity, communication, planning, problem-solving, and execution.
  • Assess and improve your team leadership effectiveness by diagnosing the team needs, defining an action plan and soliciting feedback.
  • Utilize high impact models and strategies to develop high performance teams.
  • Explore ways to improve communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and the ability to utilize individual differences.
