Aims & Objectives:

By the end of the unit, students will be able to:

Define effective team leadership and its impact on the organization and business success.
Understand fundamental concepts of team dynamics relevant to goal-setting, role clarity, communication, planning, problem-solving, and execution.
Assess and improve your team leadership effectiveness by diagnosing the team needs, defining an action plan and soliciting feedback.
Utilize high impact models and strategies to develop high performance teams.
Explore ways to improve communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and the ability to utilize individual differences.
