At the completion of this unit students should be able to: Experience the challenges of creating an effective learning groupDevelop deeper awareness and extend knowledge of group dynamics while operating as members of differently sized work teamsReflect in depth on understanding and managing oneself in work settings characterised by high levels of diversity, uncertainty and changeReflect on managing others in diverse work settingsDisplay competencies in team workDesign, implement and evaluate a learning program in the field of Leadership and Organisation Dynamics.
