Content:

 Topics cover the critical steps in defining the business scope and focus.  Extensive checklists and templates are provided to assist the comprehensive analysis of service definition.

The unit also explores key issues surrounding the ethics of private practice, informed consent, confidentiality and privacy, dual relationships and other factors that complicate the work of the private practitioner.
