Aims & Objectives:

By the end of the unit, students will be able to:

  • Strengthen teams by using development best practices to facilitate learning.
  • Build trusting partnerships that ensure coaching conversations are productive
  • Utilise high impact coaching tools
  • Define an effective leadership/talent development process.

Teaching Methods:

Classes in either weekly or block mode

Assessment:

Four individual projects 10-30% each
Class participation 20-30%
