Aims & Objectives:

To facilitate an understanding of the changing nature of the aviation industry, embracing many facets of contemporary aviation, and extend the interaction of the student with industry at a management / executive level, course material providers, tutors, Swinburne staff and peers.

Depending on the topics chosen for presentation at the seminar, students will have developed a broad understanding of many of the considerations relating to successful and safe aviation.

Content:

Topics being presented at the seminar each year will vary, but will focus on providing valuable background for students embarking on an aviation postgraduate course or who may be mid-way through their studies.

There is no specific text prescribed. Readings will be prescribed in notes provided by seminar presenters.
