A unit of study in the Graduate Certificate of Aviation (Human Factors), Graduate Diploma of Aviation (Human Factors) and Master of Aviation (Human Factors), Graduate Certificate of Aviation (Management), Graduate Diploma of Aviation (Management) and Master of Aviation (Management).
The unit is designed to develop in participants an advanced understanding of the impact of human factors on pilot performance within the operational environment. In particular, participants will examine the political and organisational factors which influence pilot performance and develop the skills necessary to recognise these and respond appropriately.
