This set of postgraduate programs is for students who wish to enhance their knowledge and undertake continuing professional development in the engineering management domain. The proposed program is aimed at enriching various sophisticated engineering management knowledge areas essential to engineers and other professionals who aspire for managerial/leadership roles and responsibilities in engineering industries. The program will have an applied industry focus and include units of study relevant to professional practice and contemporary research in this field.

The program aims to produce graduates who will be able to lead and apply advanced technical and management skills to the engineering organisations. The postgraduate programs will also provide a pathway for graduating students to undertake PhD research in one of the specialist areas of engineering management. Furthermore, valuable potential exists for synergistic integrations with other postgraduate programs including: advanced manufacturing technology, aviation, civil, construction management, and risk management.
