Course Description:
This qualification will provide you with the skills and knowledge to work as a hospitality manager in a variety of settings. Learn human resources, customer service, business and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) skills to manage staff and business effectively. You will undertake hands-on training during practical workplace programs. Intensive workshops will focus on sustainability concepts, development issues and their impact on people and the natural environment.
Aims & Objectives:
After completing this course you will possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and be able to use a range of specialised, technical or managerial skills to plan, carry out and evaluate your own work and/or the work of your team.
