Each unit in the graduate certificate has two hours of class time one night per week, plus one Saturday or Sunday workshop. Classes are held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5.30 pm to 9.30 pm. The program commences with a one-day orientation program to assist students in their transition to study within the Swinburne postgraduate community.

The graduate certificate can also be undertaken as the first stage of the Graduate Diploma of Business (Human Resource Management), which involves a further four units, or the Master of Business (Human Resource Management), which involves a further eight units.

The course is available in full-time and part-time delivery modes both online and on campus. Please note: International students are required to study full-time.

The program may also be run 'in-house' for organisations where a minimum of 14 candidates are available.

Off-campus delivery
The online study option provides an excellent alternative to regional and interstate participants as well as those whose work patterns do not support on-campus attendance. Please contact us for more information regarding this study mode.
